Local-first ethos
We use Frontal to build Frontal. Every PR runs through the orchestration pipeline. We feel our own pain before users do.
Engineering rigor
100+ architectural decisions. 2,344 tests across three services. Real-engine contract tests. No GPL dependencies. No type suppressions.
Small team, big scope
Every commit matters. Every decision is deliberate. You'll touch everything from sandbox isolation to UI polish.
