2 Acceptable Use
- Don't generate malware, phishing kits, or exploit code targeting systems you don't own
- Don't use the platform to harass, dox, or deceive people
- Don't attempt to extract provider API keys from the gateway
- Don't reverse-engineer the Cloud service for competitive purposes
- Don't resell or repackage Frontal Cloud without a partnership agreement
- Don't use the platform for illegal activities in your jurisdiction
Agent-generated code is YOUR responsibility. Review before production deployment.

4 Fees and Billing

$0 forever, self-hosted
Pro
$29/month, 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Billed monthly.
Enterprise
Custom annual contract.
Overages
Per gateway token pricing (see pricing.html). Auto-billed monthly.
Refunds
Contact within 14 days of first paid month for full refund. No questions.
5 Service Availability
Self-hosted: provided AS-IS, no uptime guarantee. Cloud: best-effort, target 99.5% uptime. Enterprise: per SLA contract (default 99.9%). Scheduled maintenance announced 72 hours in advance.
6 Termination
You can delete your account and data anytime via the UI or by contacting us. We can suspend service for acceptable use violations (with notice and opportunity to cure, except for urgent security issues). Data is deleted within 30 days of termination (Cloud).
7 Limitation of Liability
Software is provided "AS IS." AI-generated code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or logic bugs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before production use. Frontal's total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8 Dispute Resolution
Good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved after 30 days, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver. Governing law: TBD based on company registration.
9 Open Source Contributions
Contributions to the open-core release will be licensed under Apache 2.0 by default. Sign-off on commits certifies origin (Developer Certificate of Origin).
10 Changes to Terms
Material changes announced 30 days before effective date via email + changelog. Continued use after effective date = acceptance.
