What happens if I exceed my Pro plan limits?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100%. Your pipeline pauses gracefully at 100% — running validations finish, nothing new starts. Upgrade any time; no surprise bills.
Can I self-host the Pro features?
The orchestration engine is identical in every tier. Pro features (managed infra, pre-provisioned MCP servers, priority support) are services around the engine, not engine locks.
What model providers are supported?
GLM (Zhipu AI), MiniMax, and OpenCode Go are built-in. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works through the Model Gateway. Bring your own keys, always.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day trial. No credit card required. The Open Source tier is free forever, no trial needed.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing, charged on the day you upgrade. Cancel any time; access continues until period end. Enterprise is annual with custom invoicing.
Can I bring my own model API keys?
Always. Self-hosted uses your keys directly. Cloud encrypts them in the vault and proxies through the gateway — we never see the plaintext after upload.
What is the refund policy?
Contact us within 14 days of your first paid month for a full refund. No questions. Enterprise refunds per contract terms.
Do you offer educational or open-source discounts?
Yes. Valid students, educators, and maintainers of significant OSS projects get Pro free. Email us.
